3 Ingredient Coconut Bites:

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooling Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes
Coconut flakes - 2 cups
Condensed milk - 1 cup
Dark chocolate (melted) - 100 grams
Combine coconut flakes and condensed milk well.
Make small bite sized balls and chill it in fridge for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate (I used a microwave).
Dip the coconut balls into the melted chocolate and keep it on a wire rack. Let the excess chocolate drip away.
Refrigerate again for 15 - 20 minutes or until the outer chocolate hardens a bit.
