If you love ice cream, this recipe is something you would definitely love. This recipe calls for no ice cream maker or any fancy ice cream making equipments. The best news I have for you is that one of the ingredients can totally be of your choice. I don't think it gets better than this. Trust me!!
3 Ingredient No Churn Ice Cream:

Condensed Milk - 1 can
Heavy Cream - 2 cups
Vanilla Extract - 2 teaspoon (or any flavor of your choice)
Combine the condensed milk and the vanilla extract in a bowl.
In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks (3-minutes should be enough using a hand mixer).
Gently fold the condensed milk - vanilla extract mixture into the heavy cream until it is smooth and silky.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and cover it with a plastic wrap or foil to prevent freezer burn.
Freeze it for 4 hours.
Serve and Enjoy!
You can switch flavors using different syrups like butterscotch, caramel, etc.
For making mango ice cream, I made a puree of 1 small mango and added few mango chunks into the mixture.
Save some puree to add on top of the mixture after transferring to the loaf pan and use a wooden skewer to create swirls. (Create a puree of your favorite fruit and combine it with the mixture).
You can have fun with this recipe using toppings like M&Ms, chocolate chips, fresh fruits or any favorite topping of your choice.
