Crispy Aloo Tikki Recipe (Potato Cutlet) | Indian Appetizer
Aloo tikki (translates to: potato cutlet or croquette) is an Indian appetizer made with boiled potatoes and spices. I usually serve these cutlets with mint chutney and lime wedge to provide extra tanginess. Enjoy these cutlets as a party appetizer or as an evening snack.

Set it aside for 5 minutes.
Grease your hands with some oil and divide the dough into small to medium sized balls.
