Easy 2-Minute Breakfast

Welcome to my first blog post. This blog is dedicated to all the readers who are passionate about food and enjoy eating delicious food without investing a lot of time and energy making it.

Toast - Two Ways

If you are not a morning-person like me and the last thing you want to do is spend a lot of time making healthy breakfast, read on. This recipe will take no more than 5 minutes and is filling as a breakfast or for your evening cravings. I make this toast when I feel like binge eating a bag of chips as a healthy alternative.

This recipe is customizable in the way you like and is super quick and easy. Other healthier options include avocado toast with pomegranate seeds or a poached egg.


  • 2 bread slices (use bread of your choice, gluten-free if needed)

  • 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter

  • Toppings of your choice (peaches, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)


  1. Toast bread

  2. Spread almond butter or peanut butter

  3. Add toppings of your choice

  4. Enjoy!
