If you are not a morning-person like me and the last thing you want to do is spend a lot of time making healthy breakfast, read on. This recipe will take no more than 5 minutes and is filling as a breakfast or for your evening cravings. I make this toast when I feel like binge eating a bag of chips as a healthy alternative.
This recipe is customizable in the way you like and is super quick and easy. Other healthier options include avocado toast with pomegranate seeds or a poached egg.
2 bread slices (use bread of your choice, gluten-free if needed)
1/2 - 1 tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter
Toppings of your choice (peaches, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
Spread almond butter or peanut butter
Add toppings of your choice
