This does not need any introduction, does it? I mean, I have set and broken personal records every time I open a bag of potato chips by finishing them in a blink of an eye. It is definitely one of my favorite things to munch on while I binge away on Netflix. Making this at home just elevates it to another level. Potatoes - 2 medium sized
Oil for frying
Red chili powder as desired
Salt as desired
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
Immerse them in cold water for 30 minutes.
Drain the sliced potatoes and pat them dry using a towel.
Add the dried potatoes to hot oil and fry them on medium flame until they are crisp.
Transfer the fried potato chips to a bowl.
Sprinkle some red chili powder and salt as desired.
