Veg Manchurian Roll Recipe | Indian Street Style Food
One of the best things about being born and raised in India, is the accessibility to variety of delicious, lip-smacking Indian street food like chaat, pakoras, rolls, etc. Once outside homeland, the access to these tasty dishes gets limited. This leads to either driving many miles to find a good restaurant which serves them or spend hours prepping and cooking them at home.
Veg Manchurian Roll is a popular Indo-Chinese dish which is just yummy. The process involves making the manchurian balls first, followed by serving it on top of a roti or stir fried rice.
The benefit of making the mouthwatering manchurian rolls at home, is that you can make them not only tasty but healthy as well. This makes a great lunch box food for the kids. It can also be served as party appetizer bites for your guests. Trust me when I say, your guests are not going to stop with one bite cause it is just so irresistible.
